My experiments today is to express protein of interst only.
While i was waiting for those lovely E. coli to grow to the amount I do desire, actually to the time I prefer, I'm building this blog.
Today, there aren't many of the BT LAb come to the lab. Surprisingly that P comes whereas he hasn't came for such a long time. P, P'Maew, N'Chompoo and P'Mod came quite early in the morning. They are quite active in doing the experiments.
The termperature inside the room is not great but livable. I do wonder about the air ventilation that doesn't seem to work. However, this is negligible when I'm busy with my experiments.
